Our newest innovation is a cold-rolled 75 mm steel-framed building system, finished externally in a brick or plank effect and lined internally with a smooth white steel sheet. Every building is supplied with 40 mm insulated walls and 40 mm insulated composite plastisol-coated steel roof sheets, creating a comfortable, low-maintenance space for year-round use.

Both perform excellently with insulated composite sheets. We’ll recommend based on aesthetics, drainage and internal headroom.

The building requires a level concrete base at least 100 mm (4 inches) thick. We will confirm the exact base dimensions on your building order drawings.
While anything under 30m² doesn’t generally need planning, there are a few things you may need to be aware of:
If you are within 2 metres to a boundary, the building cannot be any more than 2.5m high without planning.
If you are looking to get a lean-to building, again this will need advise from planning.
Anything over 30m² requires planning consent. Any local council will advise on this.
The internal size is approximately 270 mm (10.5 inches) smaller than the external size. We will confirm exact measurements in your quotation.
